Doctor Vibe 2 puts the soul of classic samplers inside your DAW through three distinct processing blocks — warm vinyl emulation, gritty hardware converters, and aggressive compression — each usable independently or combined. The vinyl emulation models the crackle, pop, and frequency response of records; the converter section adds 12-bit grain; and the compression handles aggressive dynamic leveling with the Detroit-style character the original was known for. The combination gives drum loops and synth chords an analog weight that is otherwise difficult to achieve in a digital chain. It works as an AUv3 plugin inside Cubasis and AUM, and runs standalone on iPhone, iPad, and macOS.
