New AI Session Players transform tracks with Synth Player for keyboard performances and Bass Player for low-end styles like 808 or Pump Bass, responding to intuitive controls. Quick Swipe Comping assembles perfect performances from multiple takes using Take Folders, with Apple Pencil precision for edits. Music Understanding enables natural language searches in the Browser for loops, using machine learning to suggest similar content. These additions enhance iPad workflows, making professional production more accessible and efficient.
Logic Pro for iPad is a comprehensive DAW offering sophisticated tools for songwriting, beat making, editing, and mixing, optimized for touch interfaces on iPad models with A12 Bionic or later chips running iPadOS 26.0 or higher. It includes software instruments, plug-ins like Beat Breaker for time/pitch morphing and Sample Alchemy for transforming audio, plus a full mixer with Mastering Assistant and high-quality effects such as vintage EQs, compressors, and reverbs.
