BLEASS’s Shimmer implements a three-path processing structure where the input signal splits into dry, pitch-shifted, and reverberated streams that can be mixed independently. The plugin runs on iPhone and iPad as an AUv3 with standalone support, maintaining the polished interface design characteristic of BLEASS products. Within hosts like GarageBand or AUM, users can automate the pitch interval and regeneration to create evolving harmonic structures. The built-in filter section allows frequency-specific shimmer application, preventing excessive brightness in the effect tail.
